Before real estate, I spent years as a licensed notary and legal professional in Ukraine — working exclusively with property transactions, contracts, and documentation.

That background gives me something most agents don’t have: a deep understanding of how deals are actually structured. Not just the emotional side — but the terms, the timing, and the details that determine whether you walk away with a good deal or a great one.

I relocated to the Seattle area from Ukraine and have been building my practice here — working with buyers, sellers, and investors who want a knowledgeable, straightforward advisor by their side.

I’m fluent in English, Russian, and Ukrainian — and also work with clients who prefer to navigate this process in their native language.
